RBI people are behind declaring the Results of RBI Assistant exam. RBI Assistant exam is conducted by Reserve bank of India. Among all the candidates only 610 candidates will be chosen from various regions across the India. There are different milestones for clearing the Exam of RBI Assistant such as Preliminary, Main exam, and interview. Now RBI will declare RBI Assistant Result 2016-17 for Preliminary Exam.
RBI release results in their Reserve Bank of India (Official Website). Results are declared for different regions and every region is allowed with a certain amount of vacancies. First round is Preliminary which is held on 23rd -24th December 2016 followed by Main exam which is held on January 2017 and thereafter the interviews. RBI Assistant Result Date 2016 Expected
It takes around 2-3 weeks for the declaration of result for every round. Results for preliminary will be declared on January 2017, candidates those who are filtered move to next round which is main exam and the results for main exam will be declared on February 2017. Selected candidates are sent a call letter for the interview round.
RBI will announce Assistant Exam Result simply by showing the roll numbers of all the candidates who have cleared the round. RBI declares the roll numbers after every round for the further examination along with admit card.
RBI Assistant Cut Off 2016 Expected
The probability of declaring RBI Assistant Cut off marks depends on the number of candidates appeared in the region and many other factors. Marks scored by the candidate in objective test decide whether the candidate should be called for an interview or not. Final selection is on the basis of performance of the candidate in main exam and interview. Here we have given expected RBI Assistant cut off marks which is supposed to be scored by each applicant.
Cut off comes into the scene after every round and on the total marks scored. Total score appear with decimal point up to two digits. There are mixed cut off depending on the category of the candidate, categories are following GEN, ST, SC, OBC, PWD and EXS. Candidates those who keep consistent performance and remain at the top of the merit list keeps on moving to the next round.
Steps to inspect RBI Assistant Examination 2016 Result
First of all, the candidate should browse the link provided in the previous lines of this post. Various parameters are required to login such as Registration No./ Application No. / Password / Date of Birth etc. After successful login, the candidate can view its RBI Assistant Result / Rank Card and can download and print the result.
There is a total of 100 marks paper which is divided among three tests of 30 marks, 35 marks, and 35 marks. The negative marking is there to demoralize, on every correct answer, the candidate is awarded marks but, for every incorrect answer, deduction of 1/4th of the marks assigned to the question. Final marks are calculated by summing up all correct and incorrect answers.
RBI Result 2017 for Assistant Exam
There is a total of 610 vacancies this year, out of which 150 candidates will be selected from Mumbai which is also the most candidate vacancy region and the least candidate vacancy region is Bhubaneswar and Jammu. 610 vacancies are distributed among 17 regions in India.
Last year stats were as follows: There were 504 vacancies thereafter 1400 candidates made up to the last round. As there is an increase in the vacancies perhaps, around 2000 candidates will be taken to the last round which is interview round.
Final results are released once the interview round is completed from all the regions. It is predicted from last year’s announcement dates that the final RBI Assistant (2016-2017) exam results will be announced in the mid month of April 2017. For further updates, stay tuned.
